    Cap'n away eating pizza and downing (drowning in?) grog on slippery foreign slopes with Great Uncle Bulgaria.

    I'm busy tomorrow morning so not out either.

    Just back after a stinking cold. 3 days off work this week with man flu.

    Went out today in the cold. Reed, Barkway, Little Chishill, Langley Bermuda Triangle, Duddenhoe, Arkesden, Rickling Green, Manuden, Stocking Pelham, Meesden, Anstey, Nuthampstead, Barkway, Reed.

    35 miles @ 15mph. Cold. Lovely quiet lanes.

    Out to st Noets and back via abbotsley
    Short run so back nice and early.
    30 to 35 miles at 16 mph

    Heading north on safer wider roads, so the hedges don't keep the frost from the sun.

    That's best for Betty's boy.

    Looked like a good group when I saw you lot leaving Ashwell.

    Sorry to miss it. Had to visit Mother in Norfolk so contented myself with a bit of early morning position testing and threshold torture.
