Would anyone be up for a shorter/ steadier run on Saturday? Weather doesn't look too bad at the moment, and there may be cake...

    And there was... Lovely cake and coffee at Jordan's Mill. Vic, John and I really enjoyed the spring sunshine and did 35 miles at 15mph, only held up for a few moments whilst we assisted the Law with a broken down car.
