cross-fit is doing it for me at the moment, but you could have a point Alec.....think that a cyclo-cross bike might be more my thing though..Whatever the weather, barring closed roads, I am booked for 3 hours of joy at Manchester Velodrome on Sunday 27th...have a good ride guys.

umm, maybe not such a silly idea, christmas eve ride that is.
rain currently getting rid of the snow, positive temps forecast overnight,
sun/cloud tomorrow a.m.... think i'll try and get out...

my garden is slowly returning to its reassuring muddy brown colour..
if conditions look favourable, cemetary at 9:30 tomorrow morning maybe?
