Just like to say a big thank you to everyone who has helped me out in the last few years ! For all you that don't know i have been spotted and moved to a junior development squad.
You might not have seen me out and about in a few weeks (which in some cases is a good thing) its because i have been doing abit of training down in sussex and taken it really easy, i have joined a new team called InGear Development squad, which are a sussex based team, my season has slightly changed abit, i have had take a few really easy weeks due to the fact of me over training, and have been do way too many miles each week (must be a Jim Rees thing) hopefully this well set me up for the rest of the year, towards the end of this month i have a 5 day tour and after that i have some very big races in Belgium (COBBLES!) I am be taken care of very well by the likes of Michael Hutchinson and Sean Yates, who have some involvement in our squad.
