medium = a bit longer and a bit quicker than the normal "Sunday Club Run"

Proposing Wadenhoe/Oundle route = 99 miles approx 1000m climbing...jane knows the route...

avg speed will be max 17.8mph

    Blunham, Little Staughton, Kimbolton, Old Weston, Wadenhoe .... Oundle, Gt Gidding, Spaldwick, Perry, Buckden ... you know the rest and we should get blown nicely home, if the weathermen have got it right
