FOR SALE: Trek Speed Concept TT bike
Hello all,
A friend of mine is selling his Trek Speed Concept TT bike. He's just upgraded to a plastic one on which he is going extremely fast, so is selling his old alloy TT bike. It's an ideal buy for somebody getting into time trials and wanting something to smash around the club tens without shelling out thousands for a decent aero frame before getting addicted to trying to go under 20 mins for a 10, re-mortgaging the house without telling the other half and buying a high end super-silly-high-mod-nano-modulus thingymajig that gets you 15 seconds on a fast day.
Absolute bargain at £350 (he's desperate to get the space back in his shed).
Frame: Trek Speed Concept alloy (size medium, saddle height in pic is 74cm to BB
Front and Rear mechs: Sram Apex
Shifters: Sram tt shifters
Chainset: Ultegra (brand new)
Bars: Bontrager - there's plenty of spacers too so room for manoeuvre still if you find them to be a little low
Wheels: Mavic Ksyriums (perfect for training, but you might want to stick in some nice deep sections for race days)
The bike has a bit of pedigree too, it won a couple of time trials at the back end of last season, including dropping under 20 mins on the E2/10 so it's no slouch.
