Sir Dave spoke earlier this year as part of the Darwin College Lecture Series and you can access it here

It's 1hr 20mins and includes the story of Ed Clancy's not-so-aero collar bones and a few other gems, like coaching/managing people by support and encouragement, rather than getting cross... and the challenges of getting cyclists to function as a team, mentioning of course, Froome and Wiggins in the 2012 Tour
