    Probably out to Clavering, a fraction under 40miles, averaging 18ish. Any good for you?

    Yes, hopefully should keep up. Coming back off a layoff but managed 17s over 60 last week.

    If that's ok for you, I'll cycle over from Letchworth at 6 and see you outside the tuns at 6.30?
