Community Time trial at Pearl Izumi cycle circuit event on 6th June 2016

Hi please see the attached from the organisers of the Pearl Izumi Tour Series Stevenage event:
We have now confirmed the cycle opportunity for the above event and would like to share this in the hope that some of your cycling members may be interested in coming along.
As we only have an hour of community use on the circuit we have decided to run a split time trial opportunity – 4.30-5 for Children and Young People under the age of 16 and 5-5.20 for adults. This will kindly be organised on the day by volunteers from Stevenage CC.
The remaining 10 minutes of community time will be available for groups of cyclists to ride round untimed at the end.
Places for this opportunity will be limited – 30 for children and 20 for the adults. All children (under the age of 12) must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. ALL RIDERS REGARDLESS OF AGE MUST WEAR A HELMET.
I refer you to the terms and conditions attached above for the time trial opportunity. Should you wish to take part you must pre-register via email to the.tour@stevenage.gov.uk by 12 NOON on FRIDAY 2ND JUNE 2016. Any entries received after this point will not be able to ride.
