Been off the bike a while with a busted wrist. Taken out by a rogue motorist in London who didn't bother to stop. No road riding for the past 3 weeks. Gradually getting better but ships surgeon says 4 weeks minimum for bones to begin to heal and tendons to start getting better. Last broken wrist still hurts now 2 years after I last fell off in London. A newbie to Zwift, have managed 150 miles in the pain cave in the past week to keep ticking over but not yet strong enough or indeed brave enough to get back on the road this weekend. Have missed you all and the club rides. Looking forward to France next weekend and the banter and spirit mes amis.
Sunday still looks the best of it Go for mix of hills and flat Baldock,Weston,Cromer, great munden, puckeridge, hare st, barkway, barley, reed, back About 45 miles, with a couple of testers and team TT from puckeridge.

Oh and surprisingly my back garden is 205 feet above sea level - who would have thought that !!
Looks like we flood before you do
All aboard in Baldock
A sea dog always knows the back routes :-)
