in Grass Track
Nice day for the 'grassies' on Sunday in the WSW grass track event which also featured the National 800m champs. Ex CCA boy Andrew Leverton won the jersey for the 3rd year running. Richard, Dave and I finished in the top 20 - which we were suitably pleased with for a proper National Event (ahem, I think there were 16 starters).
More deserving of credit was Nathan Hardy who stormed to first in his age group, with Joe Hadlsey pushing him all the way for 2nd. Good to see Gareth Lewis getting back some form also following some time out for his GCSEs.
