Help needed in run up to Letchworth GP
Thank you all for volunteering to help on the 26th June at the Letchworth GP.
If anyone has a spare hour or 2 during the next few days we also need some help delivering leaflets to residents. As you can imagine the racing will impact many Letchworth residents in the locality of the road closures and we have around 500 letters to deliver to the local residents. This gives them information on the road closures and diversions as well as the races.
If you can spare some time to drop even a few leaflets between now and the event please email me at jamie@flammerouge.cc and I can arrange leaflets and streets to cover.
