09.30 start usual place
Good to dust the bike down
it seems a while ago

No sure about Victoria P being sponsored by Hovis
( They where my work competition for a few years - traitor)
Girl on a bike instead of a boy .. up the cobbled hills .... Belgium here we come
As long as she wears CCA colours I surpose ok

    would be Mildenhall first James...after great Britain and Sky...thats unless you can match the sponsorship package and her wages......I think CCA should be glad we know her and grateful if she wants to ride with us....after all we have Max. and that's more Pendleton than most in the club can manage...just how much humiliation can you take James??

    see you all at 9.30...am only doing a 15 mph run as my calf is still v. sore...probably 30-40 miles depending!!!!!
