Got home at midnight yesterday after 12 hours family day in London, following 35 mile ride in the morning. A tad jaded after 6 hours in the theatre watching Harry Potter's latest shenanigans.
Today's ride was through the lumpy lanes around Whitwell, Preston, Offley, Pauls Walden. 20 miles @ 16mph.
