    took tomo of work to go out only to find big phil is not out this week , not done much on the bike if you have route in mind let me know i will see if i am up to it dont want to slow anyone down.

    Bedfordshire route sounds better for me at least i will know some of the roads .
    Bit of a westerly breeze so its always good ride into it and get a tail wind home.
    Will leave up to you dom but 70 should be ok with me.

    Yes. Climbing bike out tmw getting it tweaked for the dales. Let's find some hills.

    Out tomorrow. Would prefer hills and saffron walden but may not suite Strappy so go with flo. With a bit of pace thrown in from time to time to remind me of my youth.

    Hilly and lively route... especially the first 40 miles Vince!!! Sundon was fun! Ended up 72miles average 18s.

    Solo 35 miles for me at 17.1. Hexton was longer than I remembered.....
