first weds ride of the new year with the snow gone. in fact the road surface had an unusual look and feel to it, something we've not seen for a while... it was dry! mainly due to the strong soth east wind, which was also v.cold. still nice to be out and stay dry. 9 riders, out to fowlmere, thriplow etc and back through wimpole and wendy. 34 miles at 16.0 mph.
