Leaving Ashwell 7.30pm for a start at Steeple Morden approx 7.35pm.

Weather forecast very good. Sunset 8.35pm. Plenty enough for 2 laps but bring lights.

I am back filming the club now summer is marching on. I hope to fly the drone tonight over the chain gang but just need reminding of the route if anyone has a minute? I think you ride a straight road from the other side of Abington P back into Guilden but I maybe wrong?

Starts in Steeple Morden then an anti-clockwise loop through Littlington, left in Bassingbourne along Fen Road to Shingay. Left at T in Shingay heading towards Guilden and first left to return to Steeple.

5 out in the sunshine. Felt hard with a small group and difficult northerly creating cross winds for most of the time. Harvesting creating a lot of dust too. Great, smooth, steady group riding.

I hope Chris got some nice sunset footage. Very excited about where this film will end up.
