Thanks to all the helpers. Pleased with my PB. The experiments continue. Skin suit = 15 seconds. With all the weekly variables am not convinced about the validity of my tinkering but clearly the pointy slippery stuff makes a difference.

Stuart, from last week's results, your new PB is 15 seconds better? (24:11 vs 24:26). So did you revert something else to give you 35 seconds for the skin suit? I'm looking to see where my next big gain will come from!!
