    Yes I am out for a ride. 8.am at the tuns? I feels a trip into Essex is required but am easy.

    All I can say is that riding back to Stevenage is considerably harder after beers! Cheers Tim and Vince - great ride.

    Great ride and post ride catch up. It turned out I needed a bit of time to recover after that. Probably the shandy tired me out or was it the ride.
    Lots of pbs Om strava so wasn't as relaxed as I had originally thought.
