So 6 started out at 9 and 4 set off. Mr Tyres (Strappy) himself had a blow out about to happen!! New guy Vince joined for his inaugural ride with club and punctured at Bennington with Jono performing his 'look no tyre leavers' puncture repair! After that it got very moist indeed and we headed back to Ashwell only to find it was totally dry in the Ashwell bubble! So over all not a very eventful morning on the bike!
Guys sorry about that you would have thought after all my life in TYRES i would have checked them before a ride but no not me to keen to get rolling. So after a quick bike change i headed back out on my lonesome managed to get 61mls @ 18 avg and not a drop of the wet stuff so i was lucky after all. Suppose i better get some new tyres on old gal and set an example to others. see you next week. Strappy
