Sat. 24th - 9-30 Club Run
A good group of 9 gathered in the late summer sunshine for the 9-30 club run.
Out to Hinxworth, Wrestlingworth, Bourn, Comberton, Newton, Thriplow, Meldreth, Bassigbourn and back to Ashwell. Quite flat really.
With various riders peeling off at different points only 4 of us went back to Aswhell.
Followed a basic plan of following Nathan (until the Royston boys turned off). Quite a stiff breeze at different points.
45 miles @ 17.9 mph
Hope the Nice training is going well!
Hols and work will mean I'm not out for 3-4 weeks. By the time I'm back it will be winter bike mode.
