Hang onto your cycling caps, girls, this July, we get a whole 67km (that's a massive 41.6miles) of racing and have to finish 4km shy of the top of the mountain. Don't blink, you might miss it.
Couldnt agree more Susan. After rumours of an expansion to a multi day event was very disappointed to see the announcement. Cycling fans in Britain seem very happy to pay to see track cycling, whether it's women or men, and I thought the tv coverage of both the Olympics and Worlds races for both women and men were excellent this year. CX seems to cope well with women and men events too, in my limited experience. So why ASO cant progress women's tour cycling is mystifying and disappointing.
