CCA Youth Christmas Party, 20th Dec.

Ok, so we know that you are all extremely good at riding your bikes around muddy fields and steep banking but how good are you at lobbing a massive plastic ball down a straight velodrome?

Harley is organising a bowling night on the 20th Dec for all youth club members. This will probably be a deal with some bowling and a meal and will probably be in either Stevenage or Cambridge depending on numbers and availability.

What we need to know by next weekend is who is coming and then Harley can finalise the plan.

I have booked the Christmas Bowling Party at Ten Pin in Cambridge they had availability and a better deal than Stevenage.
It is booked for 6.30 pm on 20th December.

I have had to pay for it out of my own money so please can everyone bring payment on the night. It is £12.99
This includes 2 games of bowling a burger meal and a drink.

Please can you let me know your food choice you can choose from

Tim, Stef...Harley shouldn't have to cover the hire fee...the club should have paid for it and then get it back from those on the doodle. Welldone Harley...hope everyone has a good time...Merry Christmas to all the club from sunny Durham

Agree the club should pay for things like this up front but arranging countersigned cheques was not practical.
