Cycling in the Dolomites, Italy
Currently in Corvara in Italy for a GP ski conference, and came across an advert for the Sellaronda bike day. On 25th June, four of the high mountain passes are closed to cars so they can be used for cycling! The scenery here is amazing and the food sublime so I can imagine it would be a great event. Info is available on www.sellarondabikeday.com
I flew into Innsbruck which is 2 hours away to the north. Venice is a similar distance so relatively accessible. The Selvio is in the vicinity if anyone is really keen.

SELLARONDA BIKE DAY 25.06.2017
Sunday, on the 25. June 2017 from 8.30 am until 3.30 pm o'clock all the Dolomites passes around the Sella Group (Sella, Gardena, Pordoi and Campolongo) will be reserved to the bicyclists.
Feeling more in the mood for some peace and quiet? The Sellaronda Bike Day is just what you’re looking for.
