http://www.bedsroad.org/reliability%20rides/rr1a.pdf this is the route map. 10am start for longer ride 68mile. 49 miler start 8.45am from beds rode club house in Cople (old warden race route) see beds road web site for location. I may drive and could take up to two others. toying with long ride but i may do the shorter route as it is nice and early and can tag a loop on after if not tired enough. if interested reply here and can exchange numbers or call on 01763853714 and leave details. would be good to do as a pack.

ok no takers. Will go to Ashwell for the 9am ride instead. Got my times wrong above as the shorter ride starts 9.45am. So it would be possible to ride out and do the rides if people chose to tomorrow but that can be decided in Ashwell.

Well you must all be too romantic to be up early today. Anyway i cycled to the event and rode the 44mile course in a huge group that were doing the longer ride. Must have been over 50 riders all riding at a fair clip. At the turn for the shorter route i was joined by three lads from the Hitchin Nomads. Excellent ride and over 60miles all in. Highly recommend you give the next one a go (see Martin's entry in the sportive section left for more details.
