great ride with first hint of spring weather, though fairly eventful too! 3 punctures, a chain off coming down everton hill, a stop to wait for 5 trains at the level crossing, and a long stretch of dodging road rollers and raised man holes in langford where they resurfacing. cold wet start but the sun (yes the sun) came out to burn off the mist to general approval and removal of various bits of kits. yes for a while it was warm..
9 riders out. to/from bobs was about 36 miles two bridges ride, though mark, pete and i did a half-term special early start to fit the 10 mile tt course in before the ride. i had 56 miles on the clock when i got home at just below 16 mph.
