UCI Masters Hour record

Some of you may remember Richard Glovers attempt on the Masters UCI world hour record last year. After watching this and speaking to Richard Jackie as been inspired to have a go at the women's age group record.

Richard is also considering having a second attempt and although it is early days it might be that they have a joint attempt at Derby in the summer. The timings and logistics for all of this are complicated but at the very least they are planning some joint training sessions together.

If successful this would be another great achievement for CCA and it has been suggested by the committee that we could launch the idea at the club dinner with a raffle to try to raise funds for the track time needed.

With the very generous support of Jamie at Flame Rouge http://www.flammerouge.cc there will be 3 top prizes on offer and a variety of other prizes.
