# CHANGE OF VENUE FOR TUES PUB NIGHT 2nd March! THE THREE TUNS #
Further to discussions and suggestions at recent Pub Nights it was unanimously agreed that The Three Tuns should be tried out as a venue.
The main reasons being:
1. They already look after us rather well on Sunday mornings so lets give them more business
2. When I asked the Rose & Crown to facilitate Sunday mornings they said it was too early for them?
3. The Tuns have a signed shirt of Lance by the loo
4. Bill (the landlord) not only wear's a Livestrong band but has shown a genuine interest in the club
I have spoken to Bill and he is more than happy to accommodate us (funny that) and will even lay on grub if we wish or indeed let us use the back room for other meetings.
So next Tuesday will be at the usual time in the Public Bar of the Tuns :-)
PS- for those 'anti Armstrong' members who wouldn't see reasons 3 or 4 as suitable for changing venue... why not pop along to start the debate and educate Bill on the extensive use of performance enhancing drugs used by Mr. Armstrong???? There, that should start a healthy debate :-)

Totally agree we should support them
and venue change a good idea
The Rose has supported us too
( owner of the Rose is "gifting" a land lease to us )
So lets be positive about both of our village pub supporters
in any dialogue we have with people
Thanks

PS - the food was great as well!!
