    I did the novice course last sat. Never ridden a fixed wheel or the track before. It was good fun Welwyn do a great job.
    If I can do it anyone can.

    The Welwyn track is available for casual users. It is £6 per hour (pay at reception behind the stand) but phone first and check the track is available as we are entering athletics season so it may be booked out. I took Sophie down yesterday for an hour to practice her standing starts so it is a great resource.
