Frame/Rear Hanger Issues

Last September i took my bike to mallorca for a week of riding. After building my bike and a short ride my chain was jumping and noticed my rear hanger had bent/cracked. I took it to a bike shop which they replaced. I didn't ride it much in winter, but during a recent ride the chain was striking the pedal when in 53x11. At closer inspection, there is movement in the rear hanger and the frame. I've taken the hanger off and re-connected but it looks like the screw holes in the frame may have been damaged as well.

Any recommendations what i could do? Is this a frame repair job? Any recommendations of carbon frame repair companies local?
