I will be unable to make it this week i was taken out broadside by a nissan xtrail friday evening at the
green man xroads stanford i was on the main road from Shefford heading north he came across from the right i went over his bonnet resulting in the usual ending.

roadrash galore every bit of kit scrap from my new crash hat to my 4 week old sidi shoes my bike doesn't look
to healthy either wheels deffo scrap ,saddle bars etc frame scuffed scratched but not in half, police and paramedic called no broken bones so thats a result be back as soon as i can gutted.

best weather of year so far and i will flat out on the couch watching euro sport BUMMER.

    Horrible news Tony. Hope the rash and other bruises get better. Glad nothing broken. If you want a bike for summer I can bring down a Roberts or my planet x.helmet kit and shoes also if you are able /desperate to get back on a bike. Hope the police prosecutes.

    geoff i am ok i have winter bike and kit , plus a pair of YELLOW MITS dont know who would buy such a colour oops they are yours lol. as soon as i am able i will be back
    on the road , can't keep a good man down.

    i will be in limp mode on my winter bike i will need protecting from
    nissan drivers so john up front me in the middle jezza covering my sore a##@.
    and i will need one on either side of me ..... ANY TAKERS.

    He was back and so it was 3. Medium paced encounter- 43 for me all in at ave of 17.6. Wishing I got to bed before 2! Back in game next week

    Thanks john & jezz for towing me round the first half.

    we done lilley vally loop where my 2 escorts with hangover and late
    nights taking its toll they decided to peel of at whitwell and take the preston hill and head for home.

    I decided to struggle on as i needed the miles in my legs and the london 100 only a few weeks
    away but still only managed 55 mls @ 17.6 ave at least i am back on the bike.
