i will be at tuns at 9.00.

i see jezza is the early bird run so will see who is out and sort a route then.

    just john and I out today.

    planned to go to Woburn into the wind going down Langford
    hill we noticed the wind was more northerly so decided to do grafham route.

    but john was in pain with his legs so aborted that idea as well , so I just stayed local
    in my neck of the woods done 56 mls @ 17.8
