if you are serious about the TT Phil...that is NOT the best way to warm up........you need to do a flattish route and not too fast....probably more like 50............then on the morning do a 10 mile at 18...stretch for 10 mins and then rollers while you wait for your slot..........your real prep would have been lactic tolerance at high effort with intervals two weeks earlier and tapering off with a short high intensity Friday and easy Sat.
Mark and Andrew could probably suggest a better prog. but killing yourself on hills strikesme as counter productive.
