CCA AGM 23rd April 7.30pm: all welcome: Three Tuns pub

The CCA AGM is to be held on the 23rd april
the agenda will be posted on the forum soon

venue The Three Tuns pub, High Street, Ashwell

In the 'back room' ( on the left through the side door )

19.15 for a 19.30 start
will finish 22.00 latest - promise !
everyone is of course welcome - your chance to input on the club's development.

club funds / grass track / events etc all to be discussed

The committee will all be standing for re election
should you wish to stand for any of the club offical roles
Chairman / Secretary / Treasurer
then you need to apply in writing before 10th April
to Tim Duckett, Club Secretary
after this date no applications will be considered
any volunteers to help run the club generally
will of course be welcome ( at any time )

This is our 10th anniversary year for the club
It continues to grow and have a number of events
all ideas and feedback welcome
Please come along and be part of this great and successful club

    A reminder to all CCA members;

    This Friday 23rd April, 7.30pm, The Three Tuns pub back room - the annual CCA AGM. All members are very welcome to attend.

    It's your opportunity to hear about the Club's status and ideas for the future, and an ideal chance for you to have your say on shaping, protecting and developing what makes CCA special.

    Also, by way of enticement.....the landlord is going to put on a waitress to take our drinks order during the meeting and the meeting will be followed by the St Georges day pub disco!!!
    It doesnt get much better than that for an AGM, get your dancing boots on (best not try dancing in cleats)
