Saturday 9th September 9.30am club ride

Thought we could continue the flat theme tomorrow and do a modified version of the round Cambridge route. Think I've outdone myself on the one, I've removed Barrington hill, so this makes the elevation for the whole thing 729ft :)

  • Looks good, I'll try to meet up with you somewhere between Littlington and Bassingbourn.

Great ride yesterday for the above non-vertically challenged ride. I think I'll do a six word summary:

    very Flat
    pretty Fast
    almost dry

Thanks to Dom and Brian for their sterling efforts on the front for most of the ride. Stats for the ride we 52 @ 18avg

Thanks all, enjoyed that, even with the less than dry finish!

Oh and I should have stayed in the pub & let the black clouds roll over as I got totally and utterly drenched by some sort of biblical storm on the Bygrave road on the way home. My shoes were still wet when I went out for a spin this morning :(
  • Oooo nice, I was looking for a flat route for a TT ride this Sunday. 2 laps should do it. Cheers!
