Sunday looking dry with a slight northerly breeze.
So head north for a 40 mile loop at 16 - 16.5 mph
Yelling been suggested, but will see on the day as did it 2 weeks ago.
Good day to get a few miles in.

    We average 16 mph for 40 miles
    Have a banana stop half way around
    Bring your own stuff with you
