With mc leading we done the reverse lilly valley loop with a quick coffee stop at emily's (another coffee i owe you mc). back on the road a front puncture for me in Knebworth and of we go with mc in good form robbie and i struggling to keep up but all finished strongly. my stats 70@ 17.1 see you next week. have fun in the pyrenees. strappy

with the boys away in the mountain's we might be a bit short on bodies but was thinking of heading south Hertford type of the but we can see who turns up, weather looks good so will be on new bike so no dodgy road mystery tours see you tomo

thanks for the route worked out well with a tail wind home , nice bit of wheel sucking by you and robbie on the final sprint home left me for dust. stats for me was 63 @ 18 ave .
