    So looking forward to meeting Admiral of The Fleet Merckx, this Sunday.

    He inspired me to start cycling after watching brief glimpses of him on World of Sport during the early 1970's. A legend.

    Vice Admiral Kelly will also be there.

    Sprinter/novice/improver ride going out as normal. 09:30, 12-15 miles at beginner pace, no one left behind.

    See you next week Madeline! It was short and sweet Sunday, 12 miles at 14-15. Every part of me was hurting after a big training week, I whined even more than usual!
