    Great ride Strappy and Carmelo. Tough windy ride around 64 miles at over 19mph. So much for a recovery ride. Carmelo put in some vast tows and got us working as a unit to beat the wind.
    Like old times. Looking forward to more tight weekend training rides.

    Yep great ride chaps was pacey in the gailforce conditions.

    Vince thanks for keep dropping back to pull me back up and a BIG thanks
    to Carmelo for staying with me and towing me nearly all the way back home.

    Suffered big time getting up to the water tower and having to pedal real hard
    to go down hill the other side in that wind. (reminder eat more next time)

    my stats 78.80 @ 18.2
