2nd Club 10, April 25th
‘April showers’. Quite a lot of rain actually. And cold. The evening light was extraordinary looking over the fields.
Chapeau to all riding and helping - it was wet and cold. Afterward in Guilden Morden village hall it looked like a post disaster scene with blankets draped over shoulders and comforting cups of tea being drunk to calm shivers. Such bleak conditions were not reflected in the times though.
Toby Collis 24:45
Dave Wells 25:20
Matt Scales 25:57
Chris Brabrook 26:07
Robert Bumpstead 26:45
Tim Allen 27:23
Jess Lievesly 28:28
Dan Hall 29:01
Andy Nunn 29:06
Many thanks to those marshalling: Jenny, Richard, Dave & Martin and Sons. (Thanks too to Daisy for providing me with a notebook of water resistant paper!)
