    Ouch, that was a tough one! Harder than I anticipated with 2800ft of climbing in 9 laps taking 2hr 14min. Was going well up until the 1hr30 mark then the heat got to me along with hay fever and I started to suffer. Managed 18th in the V40 cat out of a field of 40. Considering I usually only race for up to an hour, not to bad considering everything. A fair few CX racers turned up from Central and Eastern league which was cool.
    Very well run event and would definitely recommend it.
