Hi all

Me and Mitchy are heading on down to the grass track tonight. I'm bringing my young boys. Hope to see you there too.

Come on down and give it a whirl. Spare gras track bikes available. Bring yer pedals. From about 7pm.

PS. I'm in for Ipswich Grass Track Races in a few weeks. Sunday 17th June, 1pm. So sign-up. Sign-up closes the week before.

Note: it's Father's Day. I can think of no finer treat...

    I'll be coming down too. If anyone needs a bike I can bring a second one, it's a 56cm, in case we get a rush of new masochists.

    Lots out tonight. Nice to see young Henry H ride a track bike for the first time. Scratch race. Trains & stations. 2 x Italian Pursuit races. Devil race. All in the sunshine. Hope to catch the action again next week. All welcome, Mondays 7pm.
