National 3 Peaks
Some of you will know I am taking part in a National Three Peaks Challenge this coming weekend with a small group of family and friends.
It is certainly no 'walk in the park' but is a tough physical and mental challenge. We start in Scotland around 4am on Saturday morning and hope to descend Snowdon by the same time the following day.

We are hoping to raise some money for Keech Hospice Care.
In case anyone feels like making a donation I am including a link to a Just Giving page, otherwise just knowing you'll be thinking about my suffering is enough for me

If anyone has a Garmin Forerunner I could possibly borrow for the weekend that would be fantastic.
