I not around tomorrow, as I'm cheering on Emma in the tour of Cambridge Chrono.

In my absence, can somebody volunteer to navigate a ride? Ta very much. Should be a cracking day weatherwise too, shorts and sunnies, lovely !

I'll be out tomorrow and could probably manage to navigate the round Stevenage loop, unless anyone has a better plan. Light winds so shouldn't make too much difference which direction we go in.

7 out for a glorious ride. Tim and Dave W did a massive turn on the front all the way to Watton, including through the gravel and floods around Redhill, then we headed out towards Codicote where the decision was made for an impromptu stop at Emily's. I'm not sure which of the amazing array of cakes was most effective for the hill climb to St Paul's Walden, but Dave N's victoria sponge definitely looked the best. We enjoyed the brief but thorough resurfacing at the Little Almshoe turning before heading homewards.

So 40 miles at 16 - thanks all for the excellent company.
