Road closure Edworth Road

The closure is apparently at the bottom of the hill down from the water tower on the A1 on the Langford side of the railway bridge. Does anyone know if it's an all traffic closure or if you can squeeze through on two wheels?

    Hubby struggled to get through this morning with his bike. Ended up off his
    bike trying to climb over a fence. Came home via Caldecot and Stotfold.
