Well. That hurt. 75m through Hertford and round to Lilley via Welwyn with an average speed of 19.7mph thanks to some awesome riding by Alex who certainly gave me and big Tim some stick. Tim... you're getting back on form.

Next week am away. Over to Phil and Alex for a monster 100.
