As the light draws in, the last chaingangs of the season will leave Ashwell 7.15pm.
So, around 7.20pm they will start the lap at Steeple Morden.
Let's aim for 3 laps.
The first lap is all-inclusive. No one gets dropped. So a guaranteed work-out for all attendees.
