"We have our 13 October coming up and haven't filled all the places for this one, it will go ahead as planned, but possibly without a derny!
Our next date is booked for the 24 November, usual format and time, at this point I am asking our riders to confirm by replying to this email if they would like a place, and then once I have filled the session with enough riders to break even I will at this point send a booking form out for completion.. The very latest to confirm your intention would be the 24 October please as I will cancel our booking with the Velodrome at this point if we don't get enough interest.
Based on the registered interest, or lack of interest we can make the decision whether to continue running these sessions in the future. Our track sessions over the past 20 years have been driven by rider demand so if there is no longer a demand then 2018 will be our last."
