Welcome to the forum

Saturday 17th November 9.30am club ride

Continuing with the compass theme of the past few weeks, it's going to be North tomorrow

Thought that we could do a bit of a variation of the fast 'n' flat Yelling route, with an extra little loop around the Paxtons/Graveley

Ashwell-Wrestlingworth-Tetworth Hill-Croxton-Gt Paxton-Offord D'Arcy-Graveley-Gransden-Hatley-Shingey-Ashwell (48 miles)

Should be another cracking November day if the forecast is right :) See you in the morning.....

Twelve of us out today for the spin ‘up north’. As advertised it was indeed a. Flat and b. Fast !!

Enjoyed the Great Paxton loop, def one to do again. Not sure Gravely hill counted as an actual proper hill though!

Tasty pace all the way back from Croydon as we picked up a bit of a tailwind. Think there was a bit of a sprint to the village sign, but by this point was a fair way back as my legs gave up at Huffers :)

So 48 miles @ 17.3, great stuff enjoyed that. Thanks all !
  • Oh and hope the back gets better soon Simon :)
