Hope you had a good day Mc. Sunday club run went to Hertford. 50 odd miles just under 18mph. Jonathan, Strappy, me and Jess. Steady ride for some. Jon hadn't ridden for 4 weeks. Tried to reign him in a few times. Through Whitwell it split a bit with Strappy and Jess riding on and me and Jon turning right towards St Helenas school and home. All good. Saw Adam and Lillie on the road. Also kept a massive peleton of red (Hertford?) riders at bay.
For a steady ride my legs still feeling the effort.
all thanks to john for the route perfect as we had a stiff breeze as we headed south to hertford. we all worked together well setting a good strong pace. a nice tail wind home as we left vince and john to head home via preston jezz and i pushed on up lilley valley. finished on 60 @ 17.8 . . NOT AROUND NEXT SUNDAY OF TO MANCHESTER. strappy
